Nearly ten years after opening our first location, we realized that we had grown into something much bigger than the name Ta Canijo could represent. What started as one restaurant had become a growing family of restaurants, catering services, food trucks, and new opportunities to serve our communities.

Our rebrand to Ta Canijo wasn’t just a new logo it was a renewed commitment to who we are and where we’re going.

Today, our mission is bigger than serving great tacos. We are committed to creating memorable experiences, investing in our people, supporting the communities we serve, and bringing authentic Mexican street food to every neighborhood we call home.
